If not, there are video demonstrations for each exercise for you to learn the form.
As much as it’s cliche to say this, but the truth is it depends on the individual. Some clients see results in a couple of weeks, while some take months. Each individual is different, so it’s hard for me to give a concrete answer.
Our relationship is like any other relationship. If we don’t get along, we won’t get along. And that’s okay.
All you have to do is ask for your money back and I’ll process it with no questions asked. As long as it’s within your first 30 days.
