How do you check my form when I workout?

If you are comfortable filming yourself in training, you can send me your form videos via WhatsApp. I’ll give you feedback based on your videos.

If not, there are video demonstrations for each exercise for you to learn the form.

How long before I see results?

As much as it’s cliche to say this, but the truth is it depends on the individual. Some clients see results in a couple of weeks, while some take months. Each individual is different, so it’s hard for me to give a concrete answer.
